1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AZ&GREEN website and the reservation of accommodation at AZ&GREEN, located at 33, 3rd Avenue, Illovo, Johannesburg, South Africa.
By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accommodation and Bookings

2.1 Booking Platform

Reservations may be made:
  • Through the Booking.com widget available on this website
  • Via direct enquiry through our contact details
Bookings made through Booking.com are subject to Booking.com’s own terms, cancellation policies, and payment conditions.
AZ&GREEN is not responsible for the policies, payment processing, or systems operated by Booking.com.

2.2 Confirmation of Booking

A reservation is confirmed only once:
  • Availability is verified
  • Required details are received
  • Confirmation is issued
AZ&GREEN reserves the right to decline a reservation at its discretion.

3. Rates and Payment

All rates:
  • Are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Payment terms are determined by the booking channel used.
If booking through Booking.com, their payment terms apply.
If booking directly, payment instructions will be provided in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the booking channel and rate selected.
For bookings made via Booking.com:
  • Cancellation terms are governed by Booking.com’s policy at the time of booking.
For direct bookings:
  • Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of confirmation.
Failure to arrive without cancellation may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated upon confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted at management discretion and may incur additional charges.
Guests may be required to present valid identification upon arrival.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:
  • Respect the property and its furnishings
  • Maintain reasonable noise levels
  • Respect other guests’ privacy and comfort
  • Comply with South African laws
AZ&GREEN reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in cases of misconduct, unlawful activity, or behaviour that compromises safety or comfort.
No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Liability

While AZ&GREEN takes reasonable steps to ensure guest safety and comfort:
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
  • AZ&GREEN shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, or indirect loss except where caused by proven negligence
Use of the premises and facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Property Damage

Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused to:
  • Rooms
  • Furnishings
  • Fixtures
  • Garden or communal areas
AZ&GREEN reserves the right to recover costs for repairs or replacement.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected via this website or during booking is processed in accordance with:
